Brought my Cervelo S in for head tube bearings issue, they diagnosed, ordered replacement part, and repaired… kept me updated along the way!! Also really appreciate getting a call from Linda to ensure I got my bike back before the group ride… Also, I really enjoy the camaraderie on the BPB Saturday Group Rides!!
